Tiger Kali

A tiger.

I was looking at pictures of big cats and was inspired to paint one of the tigers. I didn't think I could get the real colours right, so I made her a rainbow instead. I like how the cat came out. The parts that aren't cat, not so much. Could've made the background prettier, but I messed it up.

The pretty kitty is Kali, from Big Cat Rescue. The original picture is here and belongs to BCR, who are many kinds of awesome. They take care of big cats. I'd love to visit sometime, but across the Atlantic is a bit far. Anyway, I traced the tiger from the picture, then copied it a bit bigger on better paper, and painted over it.
